Very pleasant staff. Very clean room and nice atrium building. Plus given time of year very quiet not many other guests around which gave us the feeling privacy and being special guests with the place kinda to our selves Food and drink at fusion was very good for being in a hotel and convenient on first nite of residency as we sorted out our following day

Beautiful hotel and view of the Charles River. King suite was more than big enough for two couples with privacy as there was a door to close off the bedroom even though there were only 2 of us. It was like a whole apartment. The pool and hot tub were great. Water pressure in the shower was as good as it gets. Less than 10 minute commute into Cambridge. Entire hotel staff from front desk to housekeeping was friendly, helpful and accommodating. (Gotta give a special shout-out to the front desk. These people bend over backwards to make sure you’re enjoying your stay.) I would stay again 100% and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know traveling to the Boston area.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hospitality at this hotel truly stood out. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and ensured a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-situated, making it easy to explore Boston while enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment.It offers a very convenient shuttle bus to go to the main areas of the city. Overall, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston provided an excellent stay with great service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Boston – Cambridge. The service was excellent – the staff was friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, from the lobby to the rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston.

Everything was great - was upgraded to a nicer room with a balcony overlooking the Charles for being a Hilton Honors member. Breakfast was fantastic, all staff were great and I loved that there are complimentary shuttles to popular spots in the city, of which I took advantage of the one to the Aquarium. All in all a very lovely stay!

Overall, this is a perfect stay with relatively good price in Cambridge area. The suites facilities are great and comfortable. The staff are very friendly.

Room was clean & spacious, good design, fridge & microwave. Once there, staff pleasant and helpful. But see below for disquieting phone interactions (but with their central system, not staff on site, they were fine).

The hotel in general was very nice! Would highly recommend to anyone going to stay for an overnight or a longer vacation. The hotel was very clean, and the room itself was clean, which is extremely important for my husband and I.

Loved everything about my stay! Extremely great value for money, but it wasn't just that. Staff was so incredibly friendly, I was warmly welcomed, and also I asked for a room with a view and got that too! Nice facilities like a pool, hot tub etc., great location for a morning run along the Charles and easy to reach by taxi or car.
